The Carter House is an effective Transitional Housing solution for incarcerated individuals who seek to achieve independence, financial stability, and successful integration into the community. The facility provides clients with access to resources, training, support, and temporary housing as they transition into independent living.

COMMUNITY TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
The Community Transitional Housing Program (CTHP) provides housing, unlimited case management and community referrals for services.
Our program serves incarcerated individuals with no viable home placement options.

Carter House has serviced 43 clients by referral in 2023. The Bureau of Community Sanctions accounted for 13% of referrals and Adult Parole Authority accounted for the remaining 87%
